Amanda:
Are they eating on their own?  Maybe some supplemented waxworms will put 
some fat and some vitamins on them. You may try alternating waxworms 
with gut loaded mealworms or crickets. If they are not eating on their 
own, same diet but force fed.

Let me know how they do in a couple of weeks, as they take time to recover.
