Hy,
the article is from Singh, 1984, Journal, Bombay natural Hist. Society, Vol.81, 
p.708-709: Eublepharis Hardwickii, the Kalakuta, observed at Tikerpada, Orissa.

 I doubt there has any eublepharis survived in Bangladesh, because of the 
enourmous overpopulation and waste of natural resources there. But only one 
record was from Bengal, all other localities are in Orissa down south to Madras 
province, and the above mentioned article gives an description of the preferred 
habitat and where the specimen have been picked up.
