You might want to check this listserv's archives as the Spider Geckos were 
discussed not too long ago.  

In general, I keep mine on Jurassic Sand with rocks at one end of the 
enclosure and a dome light above the rocks.  Additional enclosure furniture 
(such as cork bark, drift wood, etc.) and full spectrum lighting can be 
added.  They like it dry, but still require hydration.  Crickets are the main 
food item for my Spider Geckos, although, they do enjoy meal worms.  In my 
experience, the CB geckos are quite hardy. 

If you have any specific questions, I would be more happy to try to answer 
them.
