Wow congratulations Jeff,
     They will probably hatch if you use the Nephrurus milii requirements 
(maybe slightly higher humidity). If Hemidactylus frenatus is common in your 
neighbor hood you probably really don't need to do anything except maybe 
monitor the humidity. I suspect that you don't. The eggs are even "saltwater 
proof."
