Any ideas on how they could have contracted this "whip worm"?

I looked it up in Klingenberg's 'Understanding Reptile Parasites', and can't
find it - did he say what family it's in?

As far as how they got it, if they came from a pet store, I'd say that's
it - not only are they exposed to other animals (some, NOT ALL, pet stores
are guilty of "there's an empty tank," using the same substrate), or during
shipping, they may be exposed to other animals, never mind the stress
factor.


Note: I said *some*, not all - there are some good petstores out there :)
