Hi gang,

I have a female Uroplatus sikkorae which is shedding, but it's taking a bit
too long. It's been about four days since I first noticed it, and she still
has quite a bit of skin attached. Additionally, she doesn't seem the least
bit interested in pulling it off herself, like my leo's do.I pulled some of
the skin off that I could easily get to. She has good lighting, and I mist
the tank down at least twice a day, so it's pretty humid in there.

Calcium/mineral definciency??

Other thoughts?

Should I give her a tupperware "sauna" party with warm water and then peel
it all of?

Thanks in advance for your help!

Regards,

Neal

No! That's wild. Is it both of them, or just the female [maybe she thinks
it's a dud egg, and wants to eat it???]

Then again, I've only seen gold dust's eat their own [dud] eggs.
