I would advise that you get small species such as the beautiful peacock day
geckos. These are small and do very well in a small vivarium. There are
several other small species of day geckos you may wish to look into such as
the Comoro isle day gecko, gold dust day gecko, etc. I find that these
species prefer height to length so a 15 gal tall aquarium would be better.
