If their husbandry is the same as normal fat tails, then why aren't they eating?
H. taylori do not come from the same, rather humid environment as H. caudicinctus. H. taylori are DESERT geckoes and need to be treated as such. Hot and dry atop sand with the bottom layers kept moist to promote burrowing and to create a suitable microhabitat for the animals during the day. A good temperature drop should follow at night and possibly a morning dew. Those are the facts for deserticulous geckoes. And the most basic fact for gecko husbandry is to keep the animals in a enviroment similar to their native habitat.
