Well today I put a female with my newly discover male and hes trying to mate with her. My question is, is it normal for her to keep crawling away? He has been on top of her numerouse times and she continues to crawl (seemingly away). Is this normal? He of course has been constently nipping and bitting at her and it seems not ot bother her enought to atleast bite or nip back. Im just waundering if Im getting a succsessfull matting? Will I have to reintroduce her to him again? If so when? Also when is he ready for another mating with another female? And how long should I leave him with her? I left the room so that my pressence would not bother them to much. Sorry I have no photos of this matting but should get some for future ones. It seems like everytime I got my camera nothing happens. He gives up. Tonight he seems determined. I figure I wont stand their peaking in rying to observe with a camera if shes tryin to run away and stairs at me. Anything I should keep an eye on? Sorry first possible confirmed mating, not sure if any others are gravid yet.
