Yes, it was Netrape (err scape) that does that.  I've e-mailed my best
friend, who uses netscape, attached pages (full page) and images that when
he got them they were attachments.  I've also sent the same types of e-mails
to him where he can only use Outlook Express resulting in the page or image
being able to be viewed in the e-mail message instead of having to open an
attachment.  I'm sure there's probably an option in Netscape that allows you
to disable that feature.  I, personally, prefer to use the "almighty
evil-one's" (as some people put him) I.E. and Outlook Express as I can sit
at any comp, whether it's my home comp, work comp, or even comps up at the
college, and manage to completely lock up Netscape within seconds to
minutes.  I.E. I've never had that problem with, on any machine wherever it
may be located.  Anyhow, I'm a little off-topic.
