I would recommend an immediate separation if at all possible.
 
There may be a temperament conflict, parasitic issue, etc.  Isolation will better help us determine some of the possibilities.
 
Also, if you could provide a little background data, that would help.  Gender, age, food items, length of time you have had them, cage description, and any other information you might think helpful.
 
There are numerous qualified brains on this list and I'll bet you can get this resolved.
