No, supplementing correctly does not reverse the visual effects, it stops it from progressing.
 
Check your supplements, Vitamin A should not be given in higher quantities than D3 (in day geckos too much Vitamin A inhibits the uptake of calcium in the body).  Crickets/insects are an good source for phosphorous so no supplemental portions are needed.
