Hi Pauline.  I have a male leopard gecko and in october he completely stopped eating crickets.  So I tried waxworms.  He would eat them, and later that night, he would throw them up.  I took him to a vet, and his stool sample showed that he had pinworms also.  So the vet dewormed him.  Then he completely lost his appetite.  He wouldn't even attempt to eat waxworms.  So a week later, i brought him back to the vet, and he got dewormed again and he got an x-ray, bloodwork done, and the crypto test.  Everything came back showing that he was completely fine, even though the vet told me that the crypto test isn't always accurate, and he may very well still have it.  He weiged 42g's by now.  So I started feeding him powder food mixed with warm water through a syringe.  I got it from my vet.  I did this for about 2 months, and he sl! owly gained some weight.  Then I fed him a wax worm and he ate it and kept it down.  Now he's very healthy.  So I think you should definitely stick with the baby food, and gradually work up her appetite.  As for the eggs, I don't know much, but i do know that my pregnant leopard lost her appetite.  She just layed her egg and she still has no appetite.  Maybe it pays to feed her the powder food.  She won't enjoy it as much, but it will keep her going, and she can slowly get her strength back and hopefully her appetite back too.  I hope i helped.
Good luck,
Jill
