Hello Kevin,
Your best bet is to try an Inter Library Loan (to purchase a photocopy of
the paper) from a local University Library. Your second best bet is to try
www.herplit.com to by a copy. This second method is very hard because it
costs around $70.00 to purchase a copy (I know I have a want list on file
with www.herplit.com). I would try the Inter Library Loan method, it's
cheaper and you might also see if a regular library can get it for you. Good
Luck, it's a rare one.
