Hi gang!

I picked up an incredible female U. sikorae yesterday, good size, beautiful mossy skin. She is clearly a "healthy" animal, but I'm curious about her tail - although she is at least as big or bigger than my male, her tail is a bit on the wimpy side....I realize that not all geckos are going to look identical, but are there certain determining factors related to tail size? i.e., did she not get a lot to eat as a juvenile? If I feed her lots now, will her tail size increase, similar to a Eublepharis? Or is it just genetics? Arnold Schwartzeneger vs. Pee Wee Herman?

Thanks, and have a great weekend.

Regards,

Neal Grant
