Hi, about wax worms I know they are high fat and not nutritious but geckos and other lizards loves them. I use wax worms when I want someone to fat fast. Feed lizards with wax worms is as if you give a lot of candies and chips to a kid. As I know the must nutritious bugs are superworms(sophobas), and then crickets. About silk worms I haven't tried them but I have read they are very nutritious(high protein). Remember that the key on feeding lizard is the gutload of the bugs. Good luck and try to not overfeed them.
