Hi all, Many of you may know, I have a pair of twelve year old Standing's geckos. They're separated from breeding, as they're in retirement :)
Well, tonight we had an incident with bad omens. Mrs. Hou, the female, just fell off her perch - just like that. When she hit the ground (only about a 10 inch drop), she started having tremors, all over, but especially in her front legs. It lasted about ten minutes, and it was another ten before she could climb. I'm assuming it's calcium related; even I've always supplemented and she has a varied diet, and she hasn't been bred in five years.
