Hi Elizabeth,
it sounds like you had a pretty harsh one there, but that is such a small animal that all the efforts on your behalf probably made it worse, it is always hard to find the line between interfering and just letting them do there thing, I just had a crested hatchling go for several days without eating and doing alot of gaping as it had swallowed a big mouthful of inc. medium, it is much better now but it passed a serious stool just recently.
Hard to know what yours died of though, I seem to think choking on something was the most obvious, it will be interesting what the vet finds.


Anyway I'll be doing my best to hatch out those wonderful eggs that made my day,
I'll be updating everyone on there progress.
