Before we can help we need some info. How are you keeping this gecko, set-up type and temps. Be specific. Also feeding and watering, how often, what size and type of food? What type of vitamin supplement are you using if any? Can you send us a digital photo of the gecko and the set-up?
You can locate a non-domestic vet in several ways:
1) your yellow pages, look at non-domestic veterinarians

4) get a referral from your local cat and dog vet.
If all that fails then some non-domestic vets will do phone consults for a fee.
