Hi,
IMHO the location of the swellings indicate that they can´t be due to
calcium deposits. To me they very much look like big abscesses which
asap should be opened and treated by a vet.
Even though they seem to be very big, I htink there is still hope since
prognosis for abscesses in the head region is often good.
What puzzles me is the absolute symmetry of these swellings...thats odd

OMG! I am guessing this is a calcium build up? This is my guess due to
coloration (white), however, my Hemidactylus develop calcium sacs in
the normal places (just behind the jaw).
I am afraid you need a vet's help with this one. If this is a case of
metabolic bone disease you will need expert help to restore the balance
