I have to second that. I have had nothing but wonderful service from The Bug Company as well.

Julie,

I am in Maryland and have had very good service from The Bug Company

I have tried ordering from a variety of places and there are always
problems with winter shipments, not so with these folks. Some make you go
to the post office to pick up the shipment. I have mine delivered to work
and have it shipped FedEx Next Day. The packaging from The Bug Company is
very innovative and I think it plays a major role in getting healthy,
live crickets with every delivery.

These folks are in Minnesota, so they know how to deal with winter shipments.

I have also had the owner get on the phone with me to make sure I am
satisfied with previous orders and wanted to know what I thought of their
product. Great attitude, great service, great crickets.
