Want to tell us about Verisan? Active ingredients? Uses? Julie B. [EMAIL PROTECTED] wrote: Hello,I use Verisan. You can buy it from Pro Exotics. I wash the moss with cold water, then spray with the Verisan, let sit for a few minutes, then rinse out. I do this several times. The final rinse is long, and then I let sit for a few days before I put in a tank. I let it start to recover, then add animals. TQHello Neil, I would not boil the moss, because it would start to break down and smell really really bad. My recommendation is to slowly dry the moss in a kiln at a low temp for a long time. If you don't have a kiln, try your oven at 70 C for a while, but please please keep your eye on the oven. Try looking for a book/site on drying herbs for more specific details.
