Hi everyone, I am from Puerto Rico but have been living in Northern Virginia for the past 5 years. My kids are asking for a terrarium with a gecko. I have thought about getting them a leopard gecko, but also have been thinking on one of the Hemidactylus and/or Sphaerodactylus spp. from Puerto Rico.
Anybody with experience on importing these species, permits required, and captive management? Any information and/or comments is greatly appreciated.
