There are quite a few books that has pictures of the cat gecko in it lately. Since this is not a common gecko in captivity and has very specific requirements, there may not be a lot of mainstream information published on it. As there has been more inquires about this gecko lately, I suspect that what there is out there on them will soon become scarce.
Have you tried looking for information in specialty journals and magazines? These are your more likely source for information. I'll try to do some looking in my personal library for information in English. I know that I have quite a bit in German. Let me know what your interest is and where you plan to get the geckos from.
