Are you trying to reply to Brandon here or privately when experiencing this problem? As far as viruses go, it is pretty much impossible to know who sent what since viruses may use "ghost" e-mails so it looks like you sent a virus when you really didn't. I would direct the person who sent you that e-mail to the Norton or other antivirus website so they can learn about that. I use Norton Antivirus too, and often per week in addition to the once it runs automatically.
