I buy my sealant at Rona, it's their brand Door and Window Silicone Sealant. It does say it is mildew resistant, but I have had no problems with it. The only thing that I do is make sure that I can's smell any fumes coming off it by the time I put lizards into the cages. Usually a week to 10 days.
