I bought a Lyon many years back and it failed about a week out of warranty (90 days). They made me pay for 1/2 of the repair cost....I did not feel they stood behind their product at that time. Maybe they have improved. I am sticking to my Helix incubators, they have never let me down and their product support is excellent. They are planning to come out with incubators again after a hiatus on that product. They are based in San Diego, however lots of folks distribute their product. Hopefully they are in the UK. I will contact them to see what they can offer you.
