Hi Jason,

A few years ago you had to have a letter of approval -- not that I was ever asked for it when actually shipping! I just called them, talked to a customer representative (I think -- it's been a while, memory is fuzzy) and was interviewed as to packing methods etc. No big deal. Since I have an account and make the labels on their website, I just drop packages off at the UPS Store. That's probably why I've never been asked for the letter.

Hope this helps!

Melody,

How did you go about getting a letter of approval for shipping geckos? That is something I should look into getting if possible.

Jason

Thanks for the advice! Looks like it's best to do use UPS as I've been
doing, just use the smallest box possible. I have my letter of approval
as a gecko shipper from UPS, but I've never been questioned at my local
drop-off store. They kinda know me I think ;-)
