Julie & Melody, et. al.:

Here is the best I could find:
http://www.phelsumania.com/public/systematics/species/phelsuma_andamanensis_2.html

The picture in Day Geckos In Captivity, pg 110 is fair and the one in Fazinierende Taggeckos, pg 74 is a really nice specimen. There seems to be a variety of "looks."

Julie, how do those photos compare to your captive bred specimens?

Leann

Thanks Marcus and Melody! I tried to find a photo of adults online and could not find one! The baby looks like the adults in this Phelsuma, nothing crazy!

Congratulations Julie (and the geckos of course)! What do these look like as adults?

After working with my babies from Magnus Forsberg for a few years, I assembled a breeding trio and cut them loose in a Doug Barr Phelsuma rack this year. They have thrived and are glueing little eggs in their PVC pipes to thank me for all the crickets! ;) The first baby hatched yesterday, a cute, VERY tiny lime green fella! As far as I know no-one else is working with these in the USA!

Pix when I am able to safely do so! (fast little baby!)
