All,

The Geckophile Gathering 2006 is only six weeks away!  I called the hotel today, and there are about 15 rooms left.  I urge all of you who are attending the symposium to make your room reservations ASAP and send in your registration forms.  The discounted room rate is available until May 19th, so you only have a few weeks left.  Daniel Scantlebury of the University of Texas is our final speaker.  He will be lecturing on gecko feet.  It should be a great talk!  Here's the speaker list:

Paul Freed-"Geckos & Other Herpetofauna of Australia"

Joe Furman-"In Search of Namibian Geckos"---->with video!!!!

Tony Gamble-"Describing Diversity: Collecting Geckos and Other Herps in Brazil"

Marcus Quesada-"The Malaysian Cat Gecko, Aeluroscalabotes felinus, in Herpetoculture Today"

Ron Tremper-"Leopard Geckos: The First Twenty-eight Generations"

Dr. Paddy Ryan-"Takapourewa and Tuatara: Herpetological Conservation in New Zealand"

Aaron Bauer-"New Caledonian Geckos: Making Sense of 40 New Species"

Daniel Scantlebury-""Gecko Feet: Form, Function & Diversity"

I hope to see you guys there!
