Hi Guys,
Finally home and settled in. The talks were so great! I loved them all. From Joe Furman's extremely entertaining short film, A great Synopsis of Ron Tremper's last 28 generations of geckos, Paul Freeds Australia slide, Tony's amazing talk on Brazil ( his Azzweepe story was the hit of the weekend. ..... ask him someday should you see him), Daniel Scantlebury did some exhaustive photo editing and had amazing foot images!
Dr. Paddy Ryan is brilliant and just happens to be an amazing photographer, Aaron Bauer was taunted a bit about name changes through out the event and had the last word. Aaron's talk was dizzying..... like trying to think about the universe.
He really did cover an incredible amount of ground, including 50 new species he is working on describing, why name changes are necessary and why scientific collection is important. All rock solid talks with great images and information. Next year Y'all have to go. These are the kind of events we wish for.

Just got back from Austin and I want to thank Nathan for the exceptional speakers, never-ending food, and friendly, southern hospitality. Everything was well organized and professional. I got to see lots of old friends and make many new ones. What a great event!!!
