one of my leopard geckos bit me tonight. my gecko is fine, I didn't start bleeding until after he had let go. usually they don't break the skin but this time he nearly took a chunk out of my hand. other than washing the wound out with antibacterial soap and bandaging it up with neosporin, are there any precautions I should be taking?
