I just checked a recent digest of gecko list posts, and over 85% of the data
consists of HTML formatting (which appears as a greatly expanded duplication
of the original post in addition to the basic text post). The problem is
compounded when the entire message, including the formatting, is quoted in
subsequent replies. It would be easier to locate and read messages if
participants used the "text-only" setting in their email client to post to
the list. -Just a suggestion.
