Hi Sonya ~ How long have they not been eating? I would return to the paper towel substrate at this point because it is much easier to keep clean. Good to hear that these three have been separated till you discover the source of their difficulties.
Sounds like a visit to an exotic vet who specializes in reptiles might be in order. Just curious: What have you been gutloading your crickets or mealworms with? If you have the geckos on sand, you should be using a feeding bowl for their crickets and mealworms. Congratulations on your success with the P grandis!!!
