Ok, fair enough. There is a "real_path" function, but requires a little
more code do support it without producing a risk of exploit.. you have
to give it a big enough buffer to keep it happy, and on "some" /
"most" ??? systems, there are #defines to say how big this buffer ought
to be.

I'll re-write next week to use that function.
