Yes, the patch I wrote and attached to my previous e-mail works (that's why there's a big [PATCH] in the subject line). Without it, the .pcb is corrupted each time PCB writes to it; with it I can save and load my PCB happily. I don't have time to search the archives right now, I'm afraid.
