If we could change this radius to be a fixed number of units like 2 mils, half
of an unacceptably skinny line width, I think we would lose some user
frustration. New users would be able to grab better when zoomed in.
As is, at 10 pixels, it depends on their screen physical resolution.
And of course, making the fixed number be a value changeable by an action
command would always be better for the myriad styles of PCB and other CAD users.
