I consider the name to belong to the community. The intent is
to allow anyone offering appropriate consulting services to put
a link there. Probably the best way is a wiki.
I have a virtual server at quantact.com it could run on.
It would share the one IP address I have there, and be good for 5GB/month volume
of web traffic.
