Do we really need it to be *that* easy to get to the arrow tool, with
the risk of inadvertently switching away from a drawing tool?
I guess I prefer the double esc taking you all the way back, but I can
see how others may not like that.
Perhaps I should add an extra choice to the Mode() action?
Also, I'm trying to have as little as possible change from a user point
of view when converting to the user defined menus.
