The code patch snippet pasted below this in my last email had another
fix in it - for the unintended scrolling when out of bounds.

If you could consider stopping clicking in the netlist window from
warping the mouse pointer, that would be nice. I'm currently working on
trying to make PCB usable with a smaller screen. (It easily forces its
window size > 1024 pixels.)
