Well, coordinates are the most important property to enter numerically. 
This would make it easy to design boards that really fit their enclosing. 
At the moment I do all kinds of workarounds with grid size and toggle mm 
to pt and back at specific.

If the basic commands exist, the next step would be to provide a 
powerful, yet convenient interface. Right now, the CLI is a bit spartan:  
* no command completion, 
* no way to access help on specific commands (think man pages)
* wrong order in history. (should be LIFO, but is FIFO).
* history is not searchable
* history is reset at start-up of pcb
* no globbing ("*", "?")
* no scripting
* no user defined variables
