Here we go again....

Jeorg wants a binary package.  Nothing unusual here.  In 
anything but Windows, someone else, not the principal 
developer, makes the binary packages.  Someone affiliated with 
Debian makes the Debian package.  Someone affiliated with 
Fedora makes the Fedora package.  Etc......   Why should 
Windows be any different?

It will happen when someone steps up to make it happen, or when 
someone is willing to pay to make it happen.

Any volunteers?
