redhat enterprise 3 -- works

netbsd-4 (it can run linux binaries) -- the binaries all work (pcb, 
gschem, etc) but the hard coded paths to perl and gawk are wrong.  I 
think you need a shell wrapper that finds a perl and a gawk and invokes 
them on the actual scripts.  Got a few complaints about illegal 
character set conversions.  Too tired to investigate further.

Anyone know if solaris/i386 can execute linux binaries?  If so, you may 
want to change the

export FOO=bar

lines to

FOO=bar
export FOO

to satisfy the solaris /bin/sh.

this is pretty neat.
