The ones where the archive administrators have been subscribed:

MOTUs would subscribe them directly. Non MOTU (like me) would subscribe
"Ubuntu Sponsors for universe", "Ubuntu Sponsors for main" or ensure
some directly interested MOTU see the bug. (Eg. by subscribing the MOTU
Science team in this case).


The bug description usually contains "Please sync ...", although my
experience with the Launchpad bug searching tools suggests that this
isn't too helpful, since the search results rarely seem to be related to
my queries ;).
