The ones where the archive administrators have been subscribed: https://bugs.edge.launchpad.net/~ubuntu-archive MOTUs would subscribe them directly. Non MOTU (like me) would subscribe "Ubuntu Sponsors for universe", "Ubuntu Sponsors for main" or ensure some directly interested MOTU see the bug. (Eg. by subscribing the MOTU Science team in this case).
