Merging them is on my todo list.. Ideally, we would not work in two places, and launchpad would become the focal point for translating strings. (We'd then export and check-in the .po files prior to a release). I have to import the current translations from CVS into launchpad, and then review to see if there are any conflicts. Once this is done, I can export from launchpad, checkin to git, and re-import to launchpad as an "upstream" translation (so it updates the markers showing which strings deviate from upstream). I'm not likely to have much free time to do this soon though, so until we're doing a 1.2.1 release, I'm not likely to get onto it. There is one crash I'd like to see fixed, a gnetlist test-suite to look at, intltool to disable, and then perhaps we'll be about ready for 1.2.1.
