This is a short answer because I am travelling .. It would be a "bm" plugin. Look at the other bm_ files to get an idea how it would fit. The functions you mention provide frequency dependent functions in transient analysis. You need to compute the transform (easy) and create the impulse response so it can be used by the transient analysis (difficult). Stuart gave good advice. Anyone making a submission to our SoC should do what he says.
