I saw you'd replied to Ales's response on IRC, we need a tarball of what you want as the beginnings of the repository. Send Ales a tarball with the contents you want to check into the repository (in a similar format to the existing repositories would be good.. "src" dir at toplevel), and Ales will put that in place as an "Initial checkin" commit. Alternatively, initialise the git repository yourself, with the desired contents and send Ales a tarball copy of the hidden ".git" directory inside that. Third alternative, ask Ales to put in place a completely empty repository, which we can push to as we want in the future. For push access to the repository, you'll need to generate a RSA key pair (with pass-phrase) and provide Ales with a copy of the public key portion. -- Peter Clifton Electrical Engineering Division, Engineering Department, University of Cambridge, 9, JJ Thomson Avenue, Cambridge CB3 0FA Tel: +44 (0)7729 980173 - (No signal in the lab!) _______________________________________________ geda-dev mailing list [email protected] http://www.seul.org/cgi-bin/mailman/listinfo/geda-dev
