My current project just exposed a minor pcb bug:
The rats layer button gets confused if rats are off during revert.
To reproduce:
1) load some layout with rats
2) deactivate the rats layer
3) do a revert to saved
The rats will appear, but the rats layer button is still in off state.
click on the button will both toggle the layer button to active and
switch off rats.
