Can I have comments on the above "fix" please. It deletes code which is supposed to find generic attributes inside a symbol in the VAMS gnetlist backend. Deleting the code keeps the current behaviour, since the code does not work. The commit message bears this question: *** TODO ***: Do we want to fix this with something to read the non- promoted, non-deleted (on load) floating attributes? Bear in mind that by default, promotable attributes are just hidden - so we'd probably end up with two copies of each promotable attribute into our SCM list. (One from inside, one from outside.) Answers on an e-postcard.
