I get them very often. They disappear when selecting the line and
putting it back at the same place, at least when the grid is in
inches. On a metric grid, the end points are too often off by an 
underlying grid unit and the only solution is to delete and redraw.

BTW, this is one of the strongest arguments to switch to an
underlying metric grid.
